Rock Crawling Long Arm Narrow Gage. Initially constructed from a "parts graveyard" of discontinued and defunct lift kit parts.
This design began as an off shoot of the MT4wd design using select components and the narrowed differential with T-100 CVs.
The drop bracket and lift spindle provide the lift and the Long Arms provide the travel. Comfortably clear 33s and 35s without fender modifications. The lift also achieves a good balance between up and down travel.
With standard Long Travel there is a width increase. The narrow gage design uses pivot relocation for minimal tire overhang
Using off the shelf components keeps the cost down and availability simple. Shocks with rubber boots, inexpensive CVs, and BJs with grease boots contribute to simplicity and longevity.
Blazeland LCAs- cut, lengthened, boxed and plated can be substituted for the tubular design. Factory hardware and poly bushing conversion. Also note presence of wheel stops and forged BJ drop for extra ground clearance.
